This year's DCE / DIT Alumni Conclave is being hosted in Washington, D.C. — a setting that naturally elevates conversations toward leadership, influence at scale, and long-term thinking. The theme, "Shaping the Global Future," reflects the ambition of our gathering.
The idea is to convene alumni and leaders for big-picture conversations on how engineers evolve from building products and companies to shaping ecosystems, institutions, and long-term outcomes. The focus is on real lessons and big questions: how engineers grow into leaders, how decisions get made at scale, what changes with AI and global competition, and how a successful community builds credibility and influence over time.
This is not a typical reunion or a purely technical conference. It is a high-caliber gathering of executives, founders, technologists, policymakers, and institutional leaders — united by a shared origin and a shared ambition to shape what comes next.
"The DC setting helps because it naturally pulls the conversation toward leadership, perspective, and influence at scale — elevating the discussion beyond markets into leadership and legacy."
